Blue Line Solutions is owned and operated by sworn law enforcement and licensed mental health clinicians with over 50 years of combined experience in policing, training, and clinical services.  We are committed to enhancing the lives of our brothers and sisters in blue by offering wellness sessions, clinical services, and training designed to enhance mental health and resilience. We also deliver advanced training in responding to individuals in crisis in the community with proven results in delivering safer outcomes to individuals suffering from mental illness. We are passionate about what we do and are dedicated to helping  first responders.

Blue Line Solutions offers robust and comprehensive mental health related services for law enforcement agencies and fire departments.  Through "Blue Line Counseling and Wellness," we are dedicated to improving the mental health and resilience of law enforcement personnel by utilizing a comprehensive and proactive approach to wellness, with a focus on building resilience and mitigating the development of psychological distress.  Our "Mindset Solutions" programs offer a wide range of innovated and specialized training and consultation services designed to help law enforcement agencies respond safely and effectively to the community they serve.
